The Digital Insights Analyst role plays a pivotal part in producing ongoing, end-to-end customer journey analysis by integrating data from various platforms. With a deep understanding of online/offline data and business context, this position works closely with the digital team to provide actionable insights across the digital estate.

Insights will focus on digital sales, service, and/or engagement, including recommendations towards optimization & personalisation hypothesis, conversion improvement opportunities, reporting, dashboard development, and ad hoc investigations.

This role is also responsible for promoting self-service reporting, contributing towards setting the standard for data literacy across the digital team, and supporting the leadership team in fostering a performance mindset across the team.

You will add value by:

  • Integrating digital and enterprise data to perform end-to-end customer journey analysis.
  • Proactively assessing website traffic and analysing online customer behaviour to provide insights and recommending actions for improvement in the user experience and website conversion.
  • Contributing and supporting optimisation & personalisation activities through ideation, actionable insights from data, hypotheses generation.
  • Creating accessible self-service dashboards and actionable insights that are fact-based, intuitive, and re-usable.

To succeed in this role, you'll need demonstrated experience in using web analytics tools, testing tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics, Adobe Target, Optimisely, and a tag management system like Tealium or Google Tag Manager. Experience in customer data platforms like Tealium Audience Stream is desirable.

Proficiency in SQL, SAS, R, or Python as a scripting language is advantageous.
