About the role

This exciting opportunity is available to join the Simplify Now squad as a Journey Expert (Grade 4.4).

The Simplify Now Squad under Simplification Tribe are responsible for Divisional Simplification across Australia Retail. Our mission is to simplify processes, systems, internal ways of working and optimise digitisation opportunities with cross-functional teams to ensure our customers & people have the best possible experience at ANZ as we move towards ANZ Plus, while reducing complexity, risk and cost in our classic portfolio. Deliver capability agenda and embed a culture change of simplification within the business. The Simplification team are known for their great culture of collaboration, delivery, high performance and fun, supported by an approachable and inspiring leadership team. In joining this Tribe, you will be working a group of highly engaged, diverse and interesting people.

As a Journey Expert, you will be responsible for optimising existing end-to-end customer journeys and delivering on squad goals to co-create, design, implement, measure, and improve product simplification journeys.

You will bring your well-developed skills to support a wide range of work activities such as customer needs discovery, root-cause analysis, data analysis, product and risk management, business analysis, problem resolution, process improvement, change and delivery management. Your role will include documenting detailed business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, operational teams, Technology partners and change teams to understand the E2E Initiative and translate business requirements into workable, testable technology outcomes.

- **Well-developed change management skills**: experiences in Change / Business Impact Assessment, communication & training strategy setting and execution, overall initiative change activities planning and execution
Business analysis skills and/or related project delivery experience, including analysis and elicitation techniques and the ability to define requirements in complex and challenging business environment.
Knowledge and experience of process mapping/analysis tools and techniques.
Ability to develop training materials, document procedure guides, update collaterals and write communication.
Ability to manage implementation and monitor pilot/roll out activities.
Strong willingness to learn and be immersed in ANZ's Agile Ways of Working.
Comprehensive understanding of a range of problem-solving techniques.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with strong influencing and relationship building ability.
A "can do" attitude and a desire to explore customer needs in a data-driven way, develop and implement innovative solutions, test the outcomes, and iterate.
A strong execution mindset and ability to deliver quality outputs within required timeframes.
