We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Critical Escalation Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the resolution of critical customer situations, guiding teams through complex and high-pressure scenarios.

- Develop and refine escalation management processes to ensure seamless communication with customers.

- Proven experience in programme or project management within complex environments.
- A track record of working across multiple functions in software or SaaS development.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience with crisis management and conflict resolution.
