Join a dynamic team as a Coordinator where you will be responsible for end-to-end coordination of critical incident and onsite requests, including intake, administration, sourcing of consultants, reporting, and invoicing. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external, and contribute to successful service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end coordination of critical incident and onsite requests
  • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Completing monthly invoicing/billing audits
Requirements:
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to apply flexible solutions to complex problems
  • Ability to think outside the box and find innovative solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
