Chief Experience Officer

  • Partner with teams to establish innovation rhythms, unlock funding, and ensure effective utilization of global capabilities.
  • Curate and facilitate engagements, design and adapt proven approaches, tools, and facilitation techniques to deliver high-impact innovation engagements.

Solution Development

  • Develop win strategies for major pursuits, ensuring alignment to client priorities and market context.
  • Lead the creation of integrated solutions that bring together the full portfolio, demonstrating clear client value and competitive differentiation.
  • Drive consistency and impact across all touchpoints, strengthening how we articulate, position, and deliver value throughout the client journey.

Capability Building

  • Embed a culture of client-centricity and innovation across engagements.
  • Create reusable assets, playbooks, and frameworks to drive consistency, efficiency, and quality in client interactions.
  • Coach and mentor teams on applying client experience and innovation methods, ensuring practical adoption and measurable impact.

Cross-Cultural Collaboration

  • Work effectively across time zones, cultures, and functions to deliver unified and consistent client experience.
  • Build trust, alignment, and shared ownership in complex stakeholder environments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's Degree.
  • Proven senior leadership experience in innovation enablement, client experience, or transformation within technology or professional services.
  • Demonstrated track record in sales enablement, complex deal pursuits, and shaping customer-centric solutions.
  • Experience embedding new operating models within existing structures to drive sustainable transformation.
  • Ability to confidently engage across a wide range of technologies—synthesizing insights from subject matter experts and translating them into compelling business outcomes, proposals, and responses.
  • Strong expertise in innovative frameworks, client engagement methodologies, and strategic facilitation.
  • Skilled in working effectively with global, diverse, and multi-disciplinary teams.
