Growth Product Manager

About the Role
  • Developing and executing strategies to optimise the customer journey, working at the intersection of product, marketing, data, and experimentation.
  • Collaborating with the growth team to improve conversion rates, design initiatives that boost customer lifetime value, and measure impact using data insights.
Key Responsibilities
  • Designing experiments to inform product direction, using data-driven approaches to prioritise opportunities and focus resources on high-value initiatives.
  • Partnering with growth, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver product enhancements that drive commercial outcomes.
  • Shaping new initiatives such as loyalty programs, referral optimisation, and pricing model improvements.
We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in a B2C or D2C environment.
  • A track record of driving growth outcomes: acquisition, retention, conversion optimisation, or revenue expansion.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to connect data, insights, and hypotheses into clear product decisions.
