What We're Looking For:

  • 4-5 years of experience in Customer Engagement/Marketing Cloud solutions or digital marketing agency/consultancy roles.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation technology and designing customer engagement projects.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and loyalty marketing frameworks.
  • Technical acumen, with the ability to discuss integrations, data, APIs, and BI reporting confidently.
