Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to contribute to the development of innovative digital experiences for customers and pets.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in designing, developing and optimising digital experiences that lead to improved conversion. They will be responsible for developing product strategies aligned to company growth and revenue targets, as well as identifying and prioritising opportunities for innovating the digital customer journey through research and data.

This role involves leading agile product development processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be comfortable using various testing tools and have experience running experiments and split tests with statistical significance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a senior product manager in a high-growth startup
  • Track record of designing, developing and optimising digital experiences leading to improved conversion
  • Experience working on retention initiatives for software products
  • Knowledge of analytical tooling and tag management software
  • Strong understanding of design principles and agile development
