Job Title: Financial Planning Professional

Our client is a leading industrial manufacturing company seeking a skilled Financial Planning Professional to join their team on a contract basis with potential for extension or permanency.

About the Role:

  • Maintain accurate product costs and assist in the preparation of annual product budgets.
  • Provide pricing and costing analysis to support business opportunities and decisions.
  • Ensure the master database is kept up to date and accurate, providing accurate reports and reconciliations for various areas of the business.
  • Calculate customer rebates and accruals and price amendments, maintaining process and procedure documentation relating to the role.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Accounting or similar field.
  • Certified Practising Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional certification.
  • Experience in costing products in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good computer literacy skills and comfort with various types of technology.
