Role Overview

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing expert financial and benefits analysis to drive informed decision-making.

  • You will be responsible for forging strategic partnerships with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of service outcomes.
  • You will lead the development of comprehensive program financial and benefits plans, models, and budgetary forecasts to support strategic planning and goal achievement.
  • You will drive the implementation of advanced financial modelling and analysis to forecast the implications of operational demands, ensuring timely and informed decision-making.
  • You will provide expert review and advice on financial and procurement planning, deliver high-quality reporting and analysis tailored to our needs, and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
  • You will oversee end-to-end program reporting processes to inform decision-making, ensuring comprehensive and timely insights into program performance.

About the Role

  1. Reporting to the Manager, Governance & Reporting, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality work that contributes to our success.
  2. Key responsibilities include developing financial and benefits plans, leading strategic partnerships, and driving advanced financial modelling.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  4. A high degree of autonomy is required, along with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances.
