Job Overview

We're seeking a customer-focused professional to excel in our retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences that reflect the authenticity of Canada Goose.
  • Support the execution of plans and strategies developed by the Store management team.
  • Maintain store functions to optimize operational efficiency and enhance the overall quality of customer experience.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-centric environment.
  • Previous experience with luxury brands is an asset.
  • Ability to handle high-volume traffic is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
  • Good understanding of inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and seek guidance when needed.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel, is an asset.
  • Good command of English is required.
  • Fluency in Mandarin will be an advantage.
