Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. This role will support the organization in recruitment and talent related activities.

This is an interesting opportunity to work as a true business partner, managing a range of business improvement projects as well as recruiting top talent for various positions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of recruitment needs and collaborate with leaders in their fulfillment
  • Ensure that the organization's recruitment policies, processes, and standards are followed at all levels
  • Negotiate agreements with external recruitment providers
  • Review and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment and resourcing programs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A comprehensive knowledge and understanding of contemporary approaches to behavioral interviewing, situational interviewing, and other assessment techniques
  • Proven ability to develop recruitment campaigns using a variety of assessment techniques to source high-potential talent and future leaders
  • Experience using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent Search, and ATSs
  • Previous experience coaching managers on interview techniques and recruitment strategy
  • Previous experience coaching internal applicants on interview techniques
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with a diverse range of stakeholders to deliver recruitment projects
  • Experience developing recruitment campaigns across multiple job families and levels of seniority
