The Finance Manager role involves leading and developing a talented finance team, driving continuous improvement through process optimisation, system upgrades, and efficiency initiatives. This includes managing month-end and year-end reporting cycles, cash flow planning, and regulatory obligations.
Deliver high-quality analysis and commentary to senior executives to inform decision-making, while maintaining strong governance through robust controls, documented policies, and effective stakeholder engagement.

Requirements
- CA qualification, ideally gained after starting your career with a top-tier professional services or advisory firm.
- Strong technical expertise across accounting standards, statutory reporting, and corporate tax.
- Demonstrated success in a financial management or controller capacity within a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
- Experience leading ERP implementations or finance system projects.
- A track record of delivering process improvements and change initiatives.
