Job Description

This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a leadership role in our Financial Modelling team. As a Director, you will play a key part in managing projects and teams, driving business growth and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the development of projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet client requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Opportunity Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with colleagues to develop responses that showcase our expertise and capabilities.
  • Business Development: Leverage your existing relationships and network to drive business growth, identifying new opportunities and partnerships that align with our strategic goals.
  • Team Development: Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence, working with team members to develop their technical and client interaction skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years' experience in Professional Services or industry Corporate Development roles.
  • 4-5 years' experience managing a team.
  • Strong ethical standards, business development experience, excellent time management skills and strong communication and report writing skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, meeting deadlines and delivering results under pressure.
