RSM Australia's Corporate Finance group is seeking a Financial Modelling Director to lead projects and teams in a rapidly growing environment. As a key member of the leadership team, you will manage multiple projects, staff, and client relationships, playing a critical role in driving business growth and success.

About the Role:

As a Financial Modelling Director, you will be responsible for managing projects that require high-level advisory input and structuring advice. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their objectives.

You will also be responsible for business development, stakeholder management, technical capabilities, and staff development. This includes:

  • Project Management: Ensuring projects are developed in line with client requirements, managing costs, timing, and communication to deliver a strong client experience
  • Opportunity Development: Quickly responding to inbound referral opportunities and working collaboratively to develop a response to demonstrate our ability to meet specific requirements
  • Business Development: Leveraging existing relationships and new introductions to drive business growth
  • Team Development: Working with other team members to develop and grow technical and client interaction capabilities

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years' experience in Professional Services or industry Corporate Development roles
  • 4-5 years' experience managing a team
  • Strong ethical standards
  • Business development experience
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong communication and report writing skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Ability to meet and work towards deadlines
