Research Financial Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to partner with stakeholders across the organisation, influencing financial decisions and optimising research outcomes. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing expert research and revenue accounting advice and support.

This position requires proactive delivery of high-quality, client-focused financial support through research grant budgeting, forecasting and performance monitoring. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and analyse complex budgets, identify issues before they arise, and provide options for mitigation.

To be successful in this role, you will have extensive experience in financial management, particularly in complex budgeting and analysis, along with exceptional communication skills to engage with a broad range of stakeholders. You'll be a proactive problem solver with a strong customer service mindset, bringing commercial acumen, organisational excellence and sound leadership capability.
