Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Commercial Property Manager to join our team. As a key member of our property management department, you will play a crucial role in delivering our corporate property objectives.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and results-driven professional to utilise their expertise in corporate commercial property and Crown Land to drive strategic outcomes.

About the Role:
  • You will work closely with the Manager, Commercial Property and Leasing to develop and implement strategies that align with our corporate property objectives.
  • Draft and interpret a range of property documentation, including leases and contracts.
  • Manage the financial aspects of a commercial property portfolio, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong background in corporate commercial property and Crown Land.
  • Excellent drafting and interpretation skills, with experience in property documentation.
  • Financial management skills, with the ability to manage a commercial property portfolio.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
