Senior Corporate Governance Specialist

As a corporate governance professional, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective management of our organisation's Board and its various committees. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality governance support to the Board Chair, Chief Executive, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordinate and administer all aspects of Board meetings, including preparation of meeting agendas and minutes.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of Board decisions, actions, and correspondence.
- Coordinate the annual report content, induction of new Board members, and organisation of the Annual General Meeting.
- Assist in the conduct of Board and executive strategy workshops, as well as Board evaluations.
- Draft and manage Board correspondence, and co-ordinate scheduling for the Board Chair.
- Review and manage Board governance documents, Integrity Framework Policies, and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date corporate registers, and ensure compliance with external reporting requirements.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organisation. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
