As a catering professional, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing residents' dining experiences by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food safety.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare nutritious meals that cater to the diverse needs of aged residents.
- Offer personalized services to our residents, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the chef to prepare meals, clean, and maintain a hygienic kitchen environment.
- Distribute meals to residents and assist with meal preparation as required.
- Promote a positive dining atmosphere and contribute to a welcoming community.
- Certificate III in Hospitality or Commercial Cookery, or equivalent experience.
- Completion of a Food Safety Certification course, or willingness to complete it.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with residents and colleagues.
- A current National Police Check, suitable for aged care, or willingness to obtain one.
