As the Administration Officer, you'll be part of our Retail Ready Operations Australia team, responsible for providing efficient administrative support to our Head of Site and senior leaders.

About the role

You'll be responsible for managing site communications, including announcements, newsletters, and posters. You'll also organise team building events, record and transcribe meeting minutes, maintain systems and databases, and facilitate hosting clients and visitors.

About you and your skills
  • A strong administration background, ideally gained within a retail or distribution environment
  • The ability to work autonomously and in a team environment across all levels of the organisation
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • A high level of proficiency with the Microsoft office suite (particularly Excel)
