Community Relations and Partnerships Role

A leading postal, retail, and financial services provider is seeking a skilled professional to enhance its reputation and social licence to operate through strategic community programs and partnerships.

This role plays a critical part in establishing mutually beneficial relationships with community partners and stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop strategic plans for partnerships aligned to the Community Strategy
    • Manage day-to-day relationships with individual partnerships, including contract negotiation and ongoing management
    • Collaborate with Retail, Brand, Marketing, and Communications teams to develop marketing and communications plans to support the community strategy and enhance the brand and reputation
    • Work with partners to deliver measurable social impact for communities and partners
    • Deliver high-quality communications and reporting

We're looking for someone with experience in sponsorship and partnership management, commercial and relationship management skills, as well as strong communication and writing skills. Experience working with Indigenous Organisations and Communities will be highly regarded.
