\We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chocolate Moulding Line Operator to join our team in a world-class manufacturing facility.
\As a Chocolate Moulding Line Operator, you will be responsible for the operation of state-of-the-art chocolate moulding lines, including enrobing, depositing, mixing fillings and tempering chocolate. You will also be responsible for ensuring quality control and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines.
\Key responsibilities include:

- Operating chocolate moulding lines, including enrobing, depositing, mixing fillings and tempering chocolate\
- Ensuring quality control and adherence to GMP guidelines\
- Organising packing staff on end of belt packing\
- Following set recipes and methods to create chocolates\
- Mixing/blending of ingredients to make fillings to be ready for depositing\
- Following a production schedule\
- Consistent heavy lifting up to 25kg\
- Clean down of machinery and line changeover\
- Paperwork and traceability\
- Stock ordering\
- A background in a manufacturing environment, ideally food & FMCG\
- Technical & mechanical minded\
- Take great pride in your work\
- Ability to keep your work area clean and tidy\
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills\
- Quick learning attitude\
- Problem solving skills\
- Ability to work as part of a team\
- Strict attention to detail and quality standards with the ability to adhere to Food Safety policies and standards\
