About the Role

We're seeking a CRM Executive with a passion for data-driven marketing and a knack for creative problem-solving. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing campaigns that deliver exceptional user experiences and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement data-driven marketing strategies to drive user engagement and monetization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user journeys and optimize campaign performance
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our users' needs, goals, and motivations to inform campaign development
  • Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns

What We're Looking For

  • 1-2 years of experience in CRM, marketing automation, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform marketing decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results

What Success Looks Like

  • After three months, you'll have developed a deep understanding of ClearScore's products and services, and be able to deliver high-performing campaigns with ease
  • After six months, you'll have demonstrated strong accountability for campaign performance and delivered significant improvements in user engagement and monetization
  • After 12 months, you'll have established yourself as a critical contributor to the ANZ business, driving business growth and user engagement through data-driven marketing strategies
