CRM Operations Specialist

We're seeking a talented CRM Operations Specialist to join our team at ClearScore. As a key member of our CRM team, you will play a crucial role in helping us deliver a seamless user journey and drive business growth.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Relationship Management Expert to join our team and contribute to the development of our CRM strategy. You will work closely with our CRM Manager to design and deliver targeted campaigns that engage and retain our users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute CRM campaigns to drive user engagement and retention
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless user journey
- Analyse performance data to inform campaign optimisation and improvement
- Collaborate with the CRM Manager to develop and implement CRM strategy
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience in CRM or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
