We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Executive to join our team at ClearScore. As a key member of our CRM team, you will play a crucial role in helping us deliver a seamless user journey and drive user engagement.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a CRM specialist to join our team and make a real impact. You will be working closely with our CRM Manager to develop and implement effective CRM strategies that drive user activation, engagement, and monetisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CRM strategies that drive user activation, engagement, and monetisation.
- Work closely with our CRM Manager to deliver a seamless user journey.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial, product, and design teams.
- Design and deliver compelling email campaigns that drive user engagement.
- Analyse performance data and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience in a CRM Executive or equivalent role.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
