Senior Digital Experience Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Digital Experience Designer to join our team and contribute to shaping the user experience of our digital products. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for transforming concepts and ideas into visually appealing and user-friendly applications.

Your Responsibilities
  • Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences for our digital products and platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, user needs, and business objectives.
  • Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
  • Work closely with design and tech teams to conceptualise and prototype interface functionality and flows.
  • Conduct usability reviews and heuristic evaluations of existing interfaces to identify areas for improvement and optimise the user experience.
The Ideal Candidate
  • A strong UX/UI design background and a portfolio of critical projects delivered in past years.
  • Proficiency in Figma, using it as your primary tool for creating stunning designs.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and interaction design concepts.
  • Excellent visual design skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics, typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Ability to create prototypes and wireframes to communicate design ideas and interactions effectively.
  • Ability to break down complex problems and deliver real-world business outcomes while handling changing priorities.
