About the Role:
- Validate and investigate all warranty claims.
- Submit claims to the National Customer Care Supervisor for approval.
- Attend to incoming calls via the warranty queue system.
- Responsible for interfacing with customer warranty systems and databases to acquire failure information.
- Handle general claims enquiries from dealers, repairers & customers.
- Provide support information to QA for analysis of products.
- Use problem-solving methods to finalize investigation reports for internal and external customers in required format.
- Ensure all data is entered into warranty database for collection of part analysis data.
- Support and ensure all administrative duties including but not limited to processing and logging repair invoices and forwarding the relevant parties.
