Visual Merchandising Professional

Drive exceptional customer experience and reinforce our discovery and value propositions in-store.

Collaborate across Marketing, Merchandise, and Operations functions to build strong relationships with teams and creative agency partners.

  • Lead Always On Value POS initiatives, including briefing agencies, trialing concepts, and ensuring timely delivery to stores.
  • Coordinate digital and booked programs, such as MixIn retail media, Music, Cartology schedules, and supplier activations.
  • Participate in regular store visits to enhance support for store teams.
  • Work with the Visual Merchandising Manager to create world-class POS and VM principles, ensuring brand guidelines are met throughout all store touchpoints.
  • Deliver on Drink Better For Less initiatives and maintain brand experience principles.
  • Support and lead My Dan's in-store member offer promotions, aligned with the overarching strategy and framework.
  • Collaborate with Internal Communications to execute ad hoc brand and service-related projects.
  • Perform administration tasks, including invoicing and updating trackers for Visual Merchandising activities.
  • Foster collaborative working relationships with key departments, including Marketing, Operations, State Managers, and Merchandiser teams.
  • Continuously leverage data and insights to drive customer-first solutions.
  • Research trends to ensure a visual impact.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Retail experience and knowledge of Visual Merchandising.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a dedicated Marketing and Visual Merchandising environment.
  • Knowledge and confidence in the liquor industry, ideally wine.
  • Proven ability to execute end-to-end campaigns.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Visual Merchandising are preferred.
