Job Description

Elevate the customer journey by leading the national roll-out of seasonal campaigns and in-store activations. Develop visual directives tailored to each brand's identity and global positioning, driving visual excellence across windows, floor layouts, POS, and storytelling tools.

Own sensory experiences (scent, music, lighting) to create immersive brand spaces. Partner with field teams to drive compliance and high visual standards. Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, and Retail teams to deliver cohesive, premium execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that drive sales and enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and visual execution.
  • Conduct regular store visits to provide guidance and support to store teams.
