At the heart of Myer's success is a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. To achieve this, we need a highly skilled Visual Content Coordinator to join our Marketing – Advertising and Operations department.

This exciting new opportunity will see you play a crucial role in supporting the post-production process for stills and video assets. Working closely with internal teams and external retouching partners, you'll be responsible for quality checking content, basic editing and retouching, and maintaining smooth workflows.

About the Role
  1. Ensure all content meets Myer's style guide and quality standards through thorough quality checks.
  2. Prepare content from both suppliers and in-house teams, flagging issues and providing clear feedback.
  3. Manage basic post-production tasks including reviewing, backing up, exporting, and delivering files to relevant teams.
  4. Assist with image export, colour correction, and retouching using Adobe Photoshop and Capture One.
  5. Edit short-form video content for the website using Adobe Premiere / Rush.
  6. Coordinate with offshore retouching suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of files.
  7. Respond promptly and professionally to image-related requests from internal teams.
  8. Regularly review website content for issues and rectify or escalate as needed.
About You
  1. You have experience in image manipulation and colour correction.
  2. You possess intermediate knowledge of Adobe CC applications (Photoshop / Bridge / Lightroom) and Capture One Enterprise.
  3. You understand studio lighting and photography processes.
  4. You're proficient in both Mac and PC environments, including Microsoft programs.
  5. E-commerce digital operations experience is highly desirable.
  6. PIM and DAM system experience is highly desirable.
  7. A background in data entry and analysis is beneficial.
