Visual Strategy Coordinator

As a skilled Bid Design Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually appealing and strategic bids that drive our ambitious targets forward. You will work closely with Sales leadership to develop compelling strategies and persuasive stories that resonate with clients.
With a strong background in design and construction, you will effectively convey the value proposition and solution narrative through client-facing imagery. Your expertise will also involve coordinating and planning bid-related client presentations, as well as coaching and developing skills within the Bids team.
We are seeking an experienced professional who can bring their passion for perfecting details and commitment to excellence to our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage visually appealing bids that align with our targets
- Partner with Sales leadership to create compelling strategies and persuasive stories
- Design and create client-facing imagery to effectively convey our value proposition and solution narrative
- Coordinate and plan bid-related client presentations
- Coach and develop skills within the Bids team
To succeed in this role, you will possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 7 years' experience in design and construction.
