Job Title: In-Room Dining Team Leader

This is a leadership role that oversees the in-room dining service team and ensures seamless delivery of room service to guests. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to motivate and empower team members.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the In Room Dining Service team and deliver room service to guests in accordance with established standards and guidelines.
  • Ensure the team adequately stocks and maintains the back of house area at all times.
  • Assist with stocking mini bar items in guest rooms.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that each guest experience meets their expectations.
  • Oversee the completion of general operational tasks by the In Room Dining team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new guests, fostering loyalty and enabling future bookings.
  • Act as an empowering leader, providing motivation and support to team members.
  • Develop and execute team-building activities to enhance associate engagement and retention.
Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • The ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in handling cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
