Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Cert III Hospitality or related field is highly regarded, but relevant experience in aged care is also valued.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for building strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and management.
  • Understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards, and Outcomes is necessary for providing quality care and services.
  • Ability to work flexibly across various shifts, including weekends and evenings, is necessary for meeting the needs of our residents.
