We are seeking two VM / Space Planner's to join our team in Sydney CBD. As a Visual Merchandising Strategist, you will be responsible for reviewing, creating and updating planograms using customer data, insights and business performance indicators.

About the Role

  • You will conceive and implement visual design brand strategies for temporary point of sale executions across various retail networks.
  • Responsible for end-to-end management of off-location rollouts from briefing to in-store execution.
  • Develop comprehensive briefs for field teams to ensure seamless POS rollout.
  • Compose detailed briefs for POS manufacturers while showcasing excellent communication skills.
  • Collaborate with field sales, marketing and account managers to create omnichannel experiences and facilitate data collection.
  • Lead project management with local and international vendors and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • Experience in Grocery, Discount Department Retail and Pharmacy accounts, particularly Woolworths, Big W and Chemist Warehouse.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, having mastered visual merchandising fundamentals.
  • A background in shopfitting, design and industrial design is advantageous.
  • You must work well under pressure, adapting quickly to changes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent project and time management skills with superior attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Microsoft Suite and additional program competencies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Estimated Salary Range: AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
