Marketing Manager Role Summary

This position is available within a leading FMCG company that produces and supplies all major retailers and hospitality outlets while maintaining their high ethical standards and premium quality.

With a rich history in the industry, this respected Australian company has grown significantly over the past five years. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for a small team and report directly to the Head of Marketing. Your responsibilities will include working across all channels to engage new and existing business, developing and driving marketing strategies, ensuring a consistent tone of voice across all campaign platforms, and managing and developing a team of three as well as junior members of the business.

You will be responsible for monthly reporting on campaign performance and ROI to senior management, as well as continuously ensuring the business is aligned to current trends. To be considered for this role, you will ideally have experience in a marketing role across the Grocer and Foodservice channels, as well as managing a team.
