About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Residential Marketing Professional to drive project marketing across a pipeline of greenfield projects in regional VIC.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be part of a talented, collaborative marketing team, gaining opportunities for growth and development under an experienced senior marketer.

Salary & Benefits

A competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000 + Super, based on experience. Enjoy onsite parking at beautiful offices just 15 minutes from the CBD, accessible by car or public transport.

Foster a fantastic culture with a social, long-tenured team, with flexibility in an office-based, collaborative environment, including ad-hoc WFH options as needed, or adjustments to hours.

Job Description
  • Oversee project marketing for greenfield/residential communities, coordinating with Creative and Digital Agencies for collateral and digital execution.
  • Manage the project marketing budget and cash flow, leading stakeholder meetings and presenting marketing strategies.
  • Ensure brand identity consistency across all market release assets (brochures, website, sales collateral).
  • Plan and manage events, including buyer engagement, project launches, VIP releases, and grand openings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2-5 years in a similar role within Property Development or Construction, focused on Land/Residential Communities, Greenfield, or similar sectors.
  • Property marketing experience across different asset classes welcomed.
  • Preferred qualifications in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, PR, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects end-to-end with strong attention to detail.
