About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead our multi-clinic practice in suburban Brisbane. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a group of reception staff and supporting a team of over 10 GPs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of patient care
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve practice performance and patient satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the HR and financial teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of reception staff
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with GPs, patients, and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a Practice Manager position in a GP environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with GPs, patients, and other stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Medicare and private health processes and applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
