Embedding a disciplined operating rhythm is crucial to maintaining a secure environment. Actively championing strategic transformation agenda and change runway initiatives are essential.

We're Looking For
  • A significant background in business banking, private lending, corporate finance, or specialised business, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Leadership experience with functional and professional diversity, managing revenue and cost accountabilities.
  • Experience in strategy development and execution, building own and enterprise brand in the external market.
  • Leadership in driving People and Change management initiatives.
