Development Manager, Major Gifts Role Overview

This role is a key opportunity to secure significant philanthropic support from high-net-worth individuals based in Australia. The successful candidate will manage a major gift pipeline to deliver on the University's fundraising targets and develop strategic engagement plans to build relationships with donors.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing a portfolio of major gift prospects
  • Identifying opportunities for collaboration between fundraising and engagement activities
  • Developing and implementing engagement strategies to meet fundraising targets
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification and/or equivalent relevant experience in university advancement, major gifts, project management, stakeholder engagement, Microsoft Office proficiency, research and analysis, and strong communication skills.
