Job Title: Senior Leadership Professional
Job Overview:As a Senior Leadership Professional, you will be responsible for leading local operational teams to deliver business outcomes through high-quality standards of care for young people, effective stakeholder management, and operational leadership.
- Stakeholder analysis and management
- Negotiates funding agreements
- Leads placement management and development
- Leads property and asset management initiatives
- Area planning and leadership
- Leads risk and compliance management programs
This leadership position requires values-driven leadership aligned with our organization's culture of unity, support, responsiveness, passion, and professionalism. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to support young people through local operations.
- Leadership skills supporting young people through local operations
- Operational planning with focus on transitional placements, requiring significant time commitment
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Youth Work or related fields (e.g., Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Education, Community Work, Child Protection)
- Experience with quality systems in residential youth services
- Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn other software programs
- Valid QLD driver's license
