Strategic Risk Leader

The successful candidate will lead and oversee risk governance and reporting activities across the organisation, aligned with the enterprise risk management strategy.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate risk governance and reporting across Executive Management, Board, and Group-level committees.
  • Establish and manage a robust governance calendar, agendas, and reporting cycles, ensuring high-quality outputs.
  • Maintain and monitor risk records within the GRC tool, driving consistency, quality, and compliance with group standards.
  • Generate standardised risk reports and dashboards, uplifting reporting insights to support effective decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Risk Managers and business stakeholders to improve reporting processes and deliver meaningful insights.
  • Assist in preparing impactful presentations and documentation for senior business stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements to governance and reporting practices.
  • Promote risk awareness and capability across the organisation to strengthen the risk culture.
  • Undertake ad hoc analysis, projects, and tasks as required.

With strong analytical skills and attention to detail, you excel at turning data into insights and producing high-quality reporting that drives informed decision-making.
