Strategic Business HR Partner

Serves as a key business enabler for aligned areas, fostering growth through effective people programs and policies.

  • Develops and implements people strategies to drive business outcomes.
  • Offers strategic guidance and coaching to leaders and teams, ensuring alignment with global policies and the broader HR strategy.
  • Understands and proactively addresses the HR needs of aligned business areas, shaping people strategies that support business objectives.

Core Responsibilities
- Develops cyclical HR processes to enable business solutions.
- Manages employee relations cases of medium complexity, offering consultative support and recommending solutions that balance employee well-being and business impact.
- Partners with business leaders to develop and implement HR initiatives, acting as a liaison to specialist HR functions and contributing to the evolution of the overall HR strategy.

Qualifications
- Five years related work experience, with at least two years' experience in Human Resources preferred.
- Experience supporting IT or Tech functions
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
