Corporate Board Secretarial Specialist

">Job Description:

Manage a diverse portfolio of clients by providing corporate secretarial services. This encompasses company registration, ASIC form preparation, and drafting statutory documents in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards and address client inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the management of company registers, prepare and lodge ASIC forms, draft resolutions, and other essential statutory documents.
  • Coordinate and lodge changes of company details with ASIC, guaranteeing timely and accurate submissions.
  • Prepare meeting packs for board meetings and committees, ensuring consistency, clarity, and high-quality materials.
">Client Services:
  • Provide excellent client service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary KYC documents for internal onboarding processes and periodic reviews.
">Compliance Monitoring:
  • Assist in periodic compliance reviews of companies and trusts, ensuring adherence to relevant frameworks and regulatory requirements.
  • Guarantee compliance with up-to-date legal and regulatory standards as well as internal compliance monitoring procedures.
">Requirements:
  • A graduate qualification in commerce, business, governance, or law is required.
  • Approximately 4 years of experience in corporate secretarial roles, possessing a solid understanding of ASIC regulations and corporate governance practices.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and within deadlines.
  • Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively.
