About the Role

As a contracts administrator, you will oversee the full lifecycle of agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Agreement Management: Prepare, negotiate, and administer agreements with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors. Ensure all agreements comply with policies and regulations.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify and assess potential risks associated with agreements and implement strategies to mitigate them.
  • Cost Control: Manage cost control for head agreement claims, variations, subcontract claims, monthly cost reporting.
  • Document Control: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all agreements and related documents. Ensure proper filing and retrieval of agreement documentation.
  • Dispute Resolution: Address and resolve any disputes or issues that arise during the agreement lifecycle in a timely and effective manner.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve agreement management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
