We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Head Office team in sunny **Broadbeach** as **Contracts Manager**, on a **permanent full-time** basis.

**More about this role**:
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this key role is responsible for the development and implementation of contract management, administration of contracts and continuous improvement of procurement and sales frameworks to deliver contractual obligations to meet the business standards and expectations.

**In a nutshell, your main responsibilities are**:

- Review commercial agreements and related documentation from tender to award and execution for supplier contract agreements
- Analyse, draft and negotiate commercial agreements and related documentation
- Maintain customer and supplier master contract files, registers and online databases
- Prepare monthly reports for stakeholders on the status of supplier/customer contracts including upcoming expiry dates
- Interpret and explain contract requirements advising decision-making based on terms and conditions to all stakeholders
- Proactively identify and manage contract risks

**What do you need to be successful in securing this role?**
- Demonstrated success in a similar Contracts role
- Suitable tertiary qualifications in Contracts management, Law or a related field
- Excellent clear written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Word skills and strong computer skills across the Microsoft office suite
- Experience working with large ERP systems, customer relationship management (CRM) platforms and online tendering portals, an advantage
- Proven ability in contract preparation, tender management and maintenance, bid writing, plus sound contracting principles
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels to achieve best business outcomes
- High Level of competency in documentation and records management
- Confident approach and ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
