Senior Contracts Administrator Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join our project commercial team.

This key role involves managing variations, procurement submissions, and financial records. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with contract requirements and deadlines, staying up to date with changes and modifications.

  • Review and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Follow-up outstanding paperwork and drive the team to comply and meet financial reporting deadlines.
  • Prepare and coordinate insurance claims when required.
  • Track costs to provide accrual information to the Project Manager for financial reporting purposes.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Contracts Administrator, a degree in Business Management, Law or related disciplines, and demonstrated experience in contracts, project costing, and accounting.
