About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at the Saraji coal mine in Queensland's Bowen Basin. As a key member of our operational team, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our coal mining operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team to achieve production targets and maintain a safe working environment
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations

Requirements:

  • Current Supervisor S1 S2 S3 certification
  • Proven experience in coal mining operations management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
