Employment Relations Specialist

This role is responsible for providing specialist employment relations advice and guidance in a fast-paced retail environment. The successful candidate will operate as a key point of contact, delivering fair and consistent legal advice that aligns with our company values and tone of voice.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the business on complex employment cases
  • Representing the business in employment disputes
  • Managing industry negotiations and collective bargaining agreements
  • Delivering training in employment relations to global HR teams

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a law firm or in-house role
  • Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in employment law, ideally in retail
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt your approach to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Exposure to global markets is highly regarded
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, agile working environment is preferred
