Learning Development Leader

This role is accountable for ensuring the delivery of high-quality learning and development initiatives to enhance team member capabilities.

  • Provide strategic operational support in all matters relating to human capital functions.
  • Create frameworks and tools such as a learning and development framework.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and develop deliver training content in various formats.
  • Implement measures to evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.
