  • Oversee the transition from AutoCAD to Revit, providing training and support to ensure seamless adoption.

Requirements:

  • Strong drafting background in residential housing (custom homes) with experience in leading teams.
  • Proficient in both AutoCAD and Revit with expertise in implementing software transitions.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of mentoring or managing drafting/design teams.
  • Process-driven mindset with attention to detail and quality assurance.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with management and team members.
